What is the cancellation policy?

All booking fees are non-refundable. A notice of 3 days must be given for cancellation by the client. Any cancellation made with less than 3 days will result in full payment by the client. If cancellation is initiated by the Photographer, all monies INCLUDING the booking fee will be returned within 14 business days from the time of cancellation.

Are there additional travel fees?

Little Fox Photography serves Houston, Texas and surroundings areas with no travel fee up to 60 miles. Any mileage over 60 miles will be an additonal $15 per every 10 miles.

Are digital and prints included in the booking fee?

No, the $200 sitting fee is required at the time of booking and does not include any digital images or prints. These are purchased separtely during your in-person reveal appointment.

Can I bring special items or props to my session?

Absolutely, we are aiming to create memories and photos that showcase who you and your family are together. Bring your favorite activity, games, senior items, props, etc. If you love it, we can include it.


We understand the seriousness of this illness and the safety of my family and yours are my top priority. Therefore, masks will be worn at all times by the photographer and any assitants accompanying her. A COVID Waiver must be signed before your session date. I will also be checking in on you and your family within 24-48 hours of our session with a few routine questions to ensure that no one will be at risk. If anyone involved in your session has tested positive for COVID or is experiencing COVID symptoms or been in contact with someone of the like, your session will be rescheduled, no exceptions. All indoor sets are sanitized before and after every session! Outdoor locations will be socially distanced to ensure your safety and ours.

Will I have to pay another booking fee to reschedule my session?

We understand that life happens and unexpected things can occur. The booking fee is non-refundable but we are happy to apply it to a future session scheduled within 14 days from the original date.

What is a reveal appointment?

Every portrait session and event will have an in-person reveal appointment to review their edited gallery. This is where you will choose the photos you absolutely love the most to purchase in one of our amazing print collections. Print collections and products can be found here.

Are payment plans available?

Yes, Just request it during your reveal and we will work out all the details. Items purchased will be ordered once total is paid in full.
