For full celebrations, I’ll photograph the big moments you planned for and the candid ones you didn’t,
from the details and traditions to your family, friends, dancing, and everything happening in between.
Your Glam Portrait Session gives us time before the event to focus completely on you, your dress, your personality, and creating those show-stopping portraits you’ve been waiting for.
And if you only want the portraits without event coverage? You can book the Glam Portrait Session on its own, too.

What is included in Celebration Collections?
Celebration Collections include professional photography coverage, professionally edited digital images, a private online gallery for viewing and sharing, and your high-resolution images on a custom engraved USB. The Diamond and Emerald Collections also include a separate Glam Portrait Session before your celebration, along with a 20×30 mounted portrait to display at your event. Additional products and keepsakes vary by collection.
What type of photography can we expect for our celebration?
A mix of everything! I photograph the important traditions and planned moments, but I’m also watching for the hugs, reactions, dancing, laughter, family moments, and all the things happening when you aren’t paying attention to the camera.
We’ll also make time for portraits of the birthday girl, family, and other important people throughout the celebration. The goal is a gallery that tells the story of the night, not five hundred versions of everybody staring at me. 😂
What if our event runs longer than the coverage we booked?
Your collection includes a set number of hours, so we’ll work together before the event to build your photography timeline around the moments that matter most.
If you think you'll need additional coverage, extra time can be added in advance. If the event is running behind on the day of your celebration and you'd like me to stay beyond your contracted coverage, additional time may be added based on availability.
Do you take breaks during the event? Do we need to provide you with a meal?
I may take a few short breaks during longer events when there is a natural pause, but I stay aware of what is happening and plan breaks around your timeline so I don't miss important moments.
And no, you are not required to provide me with a meal. Your celebration is for you and your guests. I take care of myself. One less person for Mom to worry about feeding.
How soon will our gallery be available?
Your professionally edited gallery will typically be ready within 4–6 weeks after your event. I carefully go through your images and professionally edit your final gallery so you receive a complete collection that tells the story of your celebration from beginning to end.
Are payment plans available?
Yes! Monthly payment plans are available for Celebration Collections, making it easier to spread payments out before your event. Your collection must be paid in full according to the payment schedule in your agreement.
For the standalone Glam Portrait Session, Afterpay is also available.
Do you provide RAW or unedited images?
No. Your final gallery includes the professionally edited images that meet Little Fox Photography's quality and artistic standards. RAW or unedited files are not delivered.
How many photographers will be shooting my event?
Little Fox Photography is a sole-photographer business, so I will personally photograph your celebration. You're not booking with me and wondering who will actually show up with the camera. It's me. Hi. 😂
I plan coverage and your photography timeline around working independently so your important moments are covered throughout your celebration.
When should we schedule the Glam Portrait Session?
Your Glam Portrait Session is photographed separately from your event, giving us plenty of time to focus on you without trying to squeeze formal portraits into an already busy celebration day. We’ll schedule your session far enough in advance to allow time for editing and, when included in your collection, ordering your 20×30 mounted portrait for display at your event.
Can family be included in the Glam Portrait Session?
Absolutely! I always encourage parents to hop in for a few portraits. This is a huge milestone for your daughter, but it’s a pretty big moment for you, too. You’ve spent years getting her here, and I want you to have photographs together from this season.
The Glam Portrait Session is centered around the birthday girl, but we can absolutely include a few portraits with parents and immediate family. So yes, Mom, I’m probably going to tell you to get in the picture. You’ll thank me later.
A Quince Close to My Heart
This one was a little different for me. It was my own daughter’s Quinceañera, and yes, I photographed it myself.
I got to experience this milestone as both her mom and her photographer, from all the planning
and little details to watching the whole celebration finally come together.
And in case you can’t tell, Merida from Brave was our inspiration.
We had a whole vision for this one, and I loved watching it come to life.
So when I tell my Quince moms that I understand just how much goes into planning this day, I really do.
