Every portrait session with Little Fox Photography includes a personalized planning consultation to tailor your shoot to your vision and style. You’ll receive LFP’s exclusive What to Wear Guide to help you feel confident and look your best.
Your custom photoshoot takes place at your chosen location, whether it’s a favorite park, urban Houston backdrop, or cozy in-studio session. About 10–14 days after your session, you’ll come in for an in-person reveal appointment where we review your professionally edited gallery together.
Included with every portrait session are high-resolution digital downloads*, and you’ll also receive a product voucher to put toward beautiful wall art or heirloom albums (note: vouchers are not applicable for extra digital images or the Folio Box).

What is a reveal appointment?
Your Reveal Appointment is one of the most exciting and emotional parts of the entire portrait experience with Little Fox Photography. This is your dedicated ordering session, where we’ll view your fully edited gallery together and celebrate the beautiful moments we captured.
During this appointment, you'll choose your favorite images and decide how you'd like to showcase them—whether through heirloom albums, wall art, or professional prints designed to last a lifetime.
Please come prepared:
– All final image selections and product decisions will be made during this appointment.
– Any decision-makers should be present, as payments are due at the time of ordering.
– Additional ordering appointments will incur a $50 fee.

Where are you located and do you travel?
I’m based in Houston, Texas, and proudly serve clients throughout the greater Houston area. I offer custom portrait sessions and inclusive wedding collections for families and couples in Houston, The Woodlands, Sugar Land, Kingwood, Sheldon, Channelview, Crosby, Spring, Humble, Katy, Galveston, and many surrounding communities. Whether you’re planning a portrait session or a wedding celebration, I’m happy to travel to your preferred location to capture your special moments with creativity and care.
What is the cancellation policy?
All booking fees for portrait and event sessions with Little Fox Photography are non-refundable. Clients must provide at least 3 days’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 3 days’ notice will require full payment for the scheduled session.
If the cancellation is initiated by Little Fox Photography for any reason, all payments—including the booking fee—will be fully refunded within 14 business days from the date of cancellation.
Are images included in the booking?
Yes! All portrait sessions with Little Fox Photography include high-resolution digital image downloads. For exact details, please refer to the Portrait Sessions section above.
In addition to your digital images, you can purchase stunning keepsakes such as custom embossed leather heirloom albums and beautifully mounted fine art prints during your in-person reveal appointment. Every portrait session also comes with a product voucher to put toward these premium wall art and album purchases—making it easy to create lasting memories that will enhance your home for years to come.
Will I have to pay another booking fee to reschedule my session?
At Little Fox Photography, we understand that life happens and unexpected changes arise. While the booking fee is non-refundable, we’re happy to apply it as a credit toward a future session booked within 14 days of your original appointment date—allowing you one free reschedule.
Please note, after the first free reschedule, any additional cancellations or reschedules will require a new booking fee of $100 to secure your session.
Are payment plans available?
At Little Fox Photography, I believe every family deserves a beautiful and memorable experience that fits their budget. That’s why I offer flexible payment plans through AfterPay, making it easier to invest in portraits and heirloom products you’ll treasure forever.
Please note: Products will be delivered once payment is made in full. Due to the custom and personalized nature of these items, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Will I receive a Print Release?
Yes! Every portrait session with Little Fox Photography includes a print release that allows you to print all purchased images up to 8x10 in size for personal use.
For anything larger — such as wall art, canvases, or framed prints — we highly recommend ordering through our professional print services to ensure the highest quality, color accuracy, and longevity of your artwork.
